Where we ship
DynariX ships across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. During promotions, holidays, or unusually high volume, processing can take a little longer — we will email you if there is a delay.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $14.00 flat for orders under $99.
- Free Canada shipping: automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal is $99 or more.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas in Northern Canada may take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier — we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but did not arrive, or arrives damaged, email info@dynarix.ca within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate. Photos of damage are very helpful.
